Pilot partnerships

Host a Corazyme™
pilot at your facility.

If you operate a wastewater treatment facility, we can have a Corazyme™ module producing renewable diesel within 6 months of agreement. You provide the feedstock you already generate. We handle everything else.

Who we're looking for

Ideal pilot partners

Municipal utilities

Regional wastewater districts and large city systems generating continuous sludge output. Particularly strong fit where the municipality also operates a vehicle fleet that can use the fuel directly.

Industrial operators

Food and beverage processors, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial operators with high-volume organic wastewater streams and on-site fuel demand.

Airports and logistics hubs

Regional cargo terminals and logistics facilities with on-site fuel demand and interest in domestically produced, lower-carbon fuel sources.

U.S. military installations

Army and DoD facilities seeking energy resilience and reduced dependence on external fuel supply chains. Corazyme™ produces fuel from waste already generated on-base.

Active geographies

Where we're working now.

Minneapolis, MN
Active conversations

MET Council wastewater system serving ~300K residents. Primary pilot target for first commercial module deployment.

Vacaville, CA
Active conversations

Regional facility with strong municipal interest and proximity to California's renewable fuel policy infrastructure.

Seattle, WA
Development discussions

Washington State Dept. of Commerce engaged. Strong marine diesel demand and proximity to Sea-Tac and major ports.

How it works

From agreement to fuel
in 6 months.

We handle the build, integration, and commissioning. Your team handles normal facility operations — nothing changes on your end except you start producing fuel.

1

Initial conversation

We assess your facility's sludge volume, infrastructure layout, and fuel offtake options. No commitment required at this stage.

2

MOU and site assessment

We sign a memorandum of understanding and conduct a brief technical site review. This takes 2–4 weeks and costs you nothing.

3

Module build and integration

OREVO builds the Corazyme™ module and integrates it with your existing infrastructure. No new construction. Minimal facility disruption.

4

First fuel production

The module begins producing specification-compliant renewable diesel. Fuel can be used on-site or sold into the local market. Carbon credits generated from day one.

Get started

Start the conversation.

Tell us about your facility and we'll follow up within one business day.
